I started a thread a few months ago to help me practice coloring in outlines and just shading and light sources. Basically I gave people outlines and they chose the colours for the outline

Do you want different shades of the star commander blue or do you want me to use the whole pallet but use the blue the most? And what eye color (I forgot to add that to the forum)
If you want you can use the whole pallet and the eye color would green or Hazel you decide
