Why don’t you add the bonus scene within the gem choice?

Note: gem choices do not appear in web preview. What does it look like in the app preview?

i did too before!! but still didnt work :frowning:

And it looks like this!!

It appears to have the gem choice of 5

Is your story public? Maybe I can view it and see.

Yea it is, it’s name is Little Demons by Marian Varss and that gem choice is on chap 3

Okay, I’m checking it out right now

You wrote:

if (support_plus_escene){

[Scene here]

}

But did you add an “else” option?!

Else works as an alternative option, for those who didn’t pay gems to view the bonus scene.
You should format it like: :point_down:t3:

if (support_plus_escene){

[Scene here]

} else {

goto EndStory

}

I did!!

That’s a bit weird. :thinking: I’ve honestly never seen gem choices glitch like this, before.

Could you perhaps screenshot the entire scene… starting from the part where readers need to choose whether they read the bonus scene, or not?! And maybe we’ll be able to identify the problem, that way.

oke <3 ofc!!

So this is how it looks like

So it means its working??

Sorry for the late reply I was busy today. Here is a screenshot. It works.

I know sometimes it’ll auto fill the gem amount itself. That’s something to consider.

Can someone help, I’m trying to do choices for outfits, and want the reader to be able to go back and look at the outfits again, however when I tried it gave me this message. "UNEXPECTED character or scene block " With this symbol {

can you show your script?

i ended up deleting the outfit choices bc it just got too complicated all i wanted was for my readers to choose a cute outfit but if they didn’t like it they could go back and look at the others

This code has where the reader is asked again if they are sure with their choice before continuing with the next scene. goto might change depending on the labels you have for the LI custom. The original coding for the avatar one should have it already where they’re asked that, but if you wanted to reassure the readers then you can leave the other choice in.
NARR
Would you like to customize him?

Choice “yes” {
#code for avatar custom goes here

} “no, I’m fine!” {

}

NARR
Are you sure?
choice “Yes, I’m done!” {

} “No, take me back.” {

goto boy_custom_1
}
