Help < How to do blurry background when zoomed on your character?

I’m not sure if I have to make my background more blurry when zoomed on my character, and make it as overlay? or is there something hidden filter somewhere I didn’t know of?

It’s an overlay you get your background blur it, then upload it as an overlay
