Hi I don’t know if you need any more but I live in the south and double-name names are very common (ie. Sarah Jane) so you could kind of mix and match different names to come up with something southern but unique
some other ones are
- Charlotte
- Charlton
- Ella (very common)
- Eloise
- Madeline/Madelyn

I was going to suggest the name “Dallas”, but you said that they’re going to be from Alabama, so I didn’t think you’d want a name that’s inspired by a place not related to Alabama 
But Tennessee is good!
