HELP: Iphone can’t download from the internet!

It happened all of the sudden, probably with last update. So my iphone is updated!

When I create backgrounds, some overlays are too heavy to upload them to portal. I compress them online - but now I can’t download!!

Help me please Anyone else had this problem and solved it?
