Help! It's telling me my background is still in review

It’s telling me my background hasn’t been approved even though it has? Can someone help with this error?

Try removing it, preview, then add it again, and preview again I think It should pop up

Re-save the episode, or change one tiny bit of code or text and re-save if that doesn’t work, like add a #…comment and save again. It should clear if the image has been approved
