this is for a story i’ve been working on for a while and I have been struggling to decide on a name for my MC. it’s a fantasy story and I want it to blend in with the world I’m creating for it.
a little bit about the story: the MC is in an arranged marriage and she learns her brother (a huntsman) hasn’t returned home in almost a week. Worried, she takes it upon herself to find him, she makes an arrangement with a wizard and another huntsman(who knows her brother) and they go to find him. She winds up stuck in the fae-realm, living under the rules of the summer court. Meanwhile, the huntsman is searching for her and her brother now, in another part of the fae-realm.
i kinda like these two names: ashlee and aurelia.
Which of these names (or any other ones, I’m open to other ideas) should I go with?
