In case you want to do it in the future it’s easy! I just went to Art Catalog, right clicked on the image and chose “Copy Image” and then I opened up GIMP (700x1136) then I pasted the image
← Then I hit this button which makes the image it’s own layer so there’s no background and then I just exported it so it became a .png file that can now be uploaded as an overlay

Hey, chiming in, you can just right-click the image in the catalog and click save image and it should automatically save to your device as a .png file with a transparent background.
If it doesn’t, MoonFire is right about using gimp 
I love the program lol
