HELP ME: How do I upload a splash to my story?

I need help ASAP on how to upload a splash / background onto my story!

Go to the art catalog and click on the part that says ‘Backgrounds’, then there’s a drop down menu that says ‘Background: Available for ALL stories’ - click this. Then , it has an option underneath that says ‘Uploaded to YOUR account’ - click this, then press the ‘Select Image’ button and upload your splash/background.
