So I had to reset my phone but I forgot that I had two factor authentication app and I forgot my password. However I logged in with my phone number but now it wants a code. I don’t know what to do! And it’s not only my episode account but also my main. What should I do?
I should have saved these codes somewhere. I am so dumb.

Considering the fact you logged in with your phone number, the code is probably a confirmation code they send to the phone number you just used. Check your messages and hope they’re there. If this is not the case you should contact Episode, I’m sure they’ll reslove it but it might take more time.

Maybe they have send the code in your phone number?
Or try resend code(If there is a option)

I would assume that they’d email you, so you could look for the code in your email.

Well why didn’t you say that before? You asked it on Episode forum and never said what you weren’t able to log into, it was only logical to assume it was Episode not Instagram

Email instagram’s support and see if they can do anything to help you. I will warn you, sometimes pass resets won’t work if you have 2FA enabled, I locked myself out of a snapchat account like this. It’s still worth a try though, the worst that happens is that you waste some time.

This is what I did. I am so dumb. And most of my followers aren’t even reading my story. Not to mention most of my readers probably have no idea that I can’t log in.
