i want to put some characters in a school background without making them walk in it just to look like they were already in it

my problems are :
1.the photo isn’t showing in her full format (how can i show it all?)
2.how do i put the characters in a background without making them walk/join in it?

Explain a little more on this one, is the background pitch black? Did you use zoom reset.
&CHARACTER stands screen left AND CHARACTER faces right
&CHARACTER stands screen center AND CHARACTER faces right
&CHARACTER stands screen right AND CHARACTER faces left
If you have a spot number for your character just remove "stands screen left/right/center and just copy and paste the spot number there.

You need to characters at a zone and use spot helper to change their height for them to fit in.
