Help Me Improve This Overlay

I made this “inside a carriage” overlay and I feel like it could use a little tweaking. Give me your thoughts!

Maybe adding a border, whether plain or ornate, around the door and window will help it look more like it’s a part of the carriage.
What’s the white part on the left seat? Sorry I don’t get it

It’s a left-behind handkerchief. Just something random. What kind of border?

Maybe something like this, if you want it to be fancy?

Or maybe just a plain border that’s a bit darker than or the same colour as the door, to make it look casual.
