My mobile app is not allowing me to read any stories. It has been crashing since the recent update. Please fix

Sorry to hear about your app troubles. 
You can submit a help ticket to our support team, and they’ll be happy to help you! 
Just as a quick note, on the help ticket it will ask for your support ID, which is normally retrieved from the app. Since you won’t be able to access yours, it should work if you put 6 ? marks instead.
