Help me with my character design pls

So a while back I was making a VN that I never finished and recently I’ve been wanting to pick it back up again. However, I’m a lil unsatisfied with the character design and I made a redesign of one of the characters. I haven’t made it for the other two yet but this is just a comparison of my new art style and redesign vs my old art style and old design. The one with the short hair and two strands is the character I redesigned first. The other two are the original designs that I haven’t done anything to yet.

Should I keep the old design and just continue writing or redesign them or something similar to that?
