Help me with overlays

I want to use both of these lights, and I want them to appear right after each other, but I want it infinite times, how would I code this?

Help: Make Cop Light Overlays Flash

You have to use and change their opacity. This is for the beginning of the scene: [BACKGROUND] with BLUE COP LIGHT with RED COP LIGHT @overlay BLUE COP LIGHT opacity 0 in 0 and overlay RED COP LIGHT opacity 0 in 0 Then this is the part that makes them flash, change the loop time x to however many times you want it to loop.
