Help me with sound please!

Hi! I really need help. I want to add sound to my story but whenever I preview it says Error: PlayWebAudio failed. If anyone knows why this happens please help me. Thank you

What browser are you using? Google chrome is best. And I would test sounds/music on the app. I find the web preview lags when playing music.

My preview always says that too. The audio doesn’t play when I’m using my laptop, but I have no problem with it when I’m using my phone. Like Jade.epi said, I suggest you test the sounds on the app.

You can’t here the sound on laptop only on the app.
