I need some help with a Syrian last name for my character, :blob_sun: .

If you’re wondering, my story focuses on a Syrian Oceanographer who discovers mermaids in his vastly polluted Earth.

It sounds pretty cutesy but, (SPOILERS); He was in a coma the whole time.

Could someone provide me with a Syrian last name? His first name is Nabil.
