Hi :smiley:
The best option in your case is the preview command

First you have to spot the character
&CHAR spot 1.18 100 0 in zone 2

Then:

@CHAR previews hair Straight
@CHAR previews outfit OUTFIT_NAME
@CHAR previews hairColor Chestnut

And on the end of the flashback

You do @CHAR unpreviews hair Straight and so on.

Thank you!

You’re welcome the best of preview is that it doesn’t mess with cc.

But if you do the preview command before spotting the character, the character will pop on the scene.

one second I’ll try it

Madison, this thread should go in the Creator’s Corner: Directing Helps & Tips category :heart:

As I do so many flashbacks, the preview was the best thing EVER

It won’t work!

@YOU previews lipsColor Beige Gold Matte

@YOU previews brow Round Thick

Oh, sorry!

This one: @YOU previews lipsColor Beige Gold Matte should be @YOU previews mouthColor Beige Gold Matte

Create a new character, then add the command:

@CHARACTER becomes MC

right before the CC. Replace CHARACTER with the new character’s name and MC with your main character’s name. Then change the features to what you want the MC to have in the flashback using this command:

@CHARACTER changes X into Y

(replace X with the features mouthColor for lip shade and hair for hairstyle in two different commands. Replace Y with the names of the hairstyle and lip color) and use the new character as you would use the MC in the flashback.

You can find a more detailed tutorial in this video:

I guess previews work too, since they’re a much easier process than what I suggested.

@MadisonWritess good luck :blush:

Let me now if it doesn’t work again :wink:

Good luck @MadisonWritess

A reminder :heart:
