How do I make this not do this ? Its downloaded and I’ve tried clicking on the blue buttonnn does anyone know what to do

you click on the blue button an wait for it to load the app it should show the story

I tried that and it didn’t work or I just didn’t have enough patience 
it happened to me too.
idk how to fix it either…
