Help - men mucles

Hello all!

I noticed that in some episode stories the men are very bulky unlike the default body shape and I was wondering how I can do the same and create that effect??

I hope this makes sense? Thank you!

Looks like the Athletic Body. It’s a hidden feature only available for the Episode Team and featured artists

Yes but she has 2.9 M reads which means she probably got access to some hidden goodies
