Help! Moving a punching bag!

So, I’m trying to code a scene where the guy is punching a punching bag and I want the punching bag to move when the guy hits it. The code worked but for some reason the punch bag moves one time before the guy punches. I don’t know what I did wrong? Here’s what I wrote, the bg and overlay.

Remove this animation idle_angry_loop
Or maybe use starts instead of is
