My episode app isn’t working keep making me go back to the begging when you first download the app every time I come off it , it’s also very laggy and I’ve gave a ticket and they have marked it as solved when it is clearly not
Do you have enough storage? Have you tried clearing the cache for the app? (Not the data bc it’ll screw it up even more.) I’ve run into the lag problem once or twice and I learned it was because I didn’t have enough storage for the app to run properly. If that doesn’t/hasn’t worked, I think you should submit another ticket. Maybe even screen record what it’s doing and attach that to the ticket.
How do you do that, I have submitted so many tickets these past couple days and they keep saying it’s solved I’ve even send screen shots of the emails and what the app is doing
