I need help! My episode loads all the way to the end and it stops there. I’ve been waiting for at least an hour for it to load and nothing seems to be working. I’ve tried refreshing it and go back on it but it just crashes and then I delete and redownload it and it just doesn’t load! I go on the same account on my iPad and it does the same too. I don’t want loose my progress on my stories. Please help

Side note: when it asks for your Support ID, just put ??? since the ID is accessed inside the app.
