How do you make a character laugh?
Also how to you make it so the are looking at the background and their back is to the screen? (or you see their their back)

there are more just type laugh

Not really sure what you mean by that last one, but there are actually quite a few laughing animations (these may vary depending on which style you pick), such as “laugh_chuckle”, “laugh_guffaw”, etc.
If what you mean by making a character looking at the background, I would recommend the animation “rear”. There are also a lot of other rear animations.

If you want to see their back, use idle_rear :slight_smile:

To make them face away from the camera you can use any rear animation. Go to the art catalog and then animations and choose the one you are going to use.

And there are many laugh animations laugh_giggle chuckle etc… In the same way go to art catalog animation catalog and search with the keyword laugh and you will get a lot of them use the one you feel like
