HELP NEEDED - overlay object not where it should be

Hi! If the image has loaded you can see that I need help lol
In the top part you can see where I have saved the table overlay to stay. However, when I clicked save and preview, the table is not where I saved it to be :confused:
Where am I going wrong peeps?

Delete the shift and scale command and put the background with overlay like I wrote above, then you can move/scale to where you need it in zone 3. Because you have negative x/y it won’t be on the screen
