How do i get see jordan’s face while she is talking and facing the customers at the same time ??
You’ll have to have a background of the area behind the chairs… if that makes sense.
Oh that’s too complicated i will just leave it as it is
No, it’s not too complicated! Let me try to explain it a little better:
So, let’s say a room has four walls. Each side has a different object- one with a bed, another with a window, one with a desk, and the last with a door. Now let’s say you have a background of the bed, but you need another point of view. So you get a background with the window… does that make sense?
Sorry if that’s still confusing
Yes it makes sense but sounds very complicated to me
There is one way that I know of
You have to find a background or make one that is simular to that one, and then in the new background have your character facing the screen so it looks like your changing perspectives if you understand what I mean.
Hopefully someone can do a better job of explaining it
And how will i do that??
You most likely have to create a background, since it’s very hard finding another perspective of the background you already have. You can do this by using Photoshop.
Wow this is complicated i will have to find to photoshop this and i don’t think they will do it for free
You can ask people who make backgrounds to do it for you. Just search up art shops on this website. But I think @M_H_C_Episode has a link to all of the art shops open.
I will check it put and if it’s too complicated i will just leave it as it is
If you got the background from a drive, check if there is a matching background from a different view, if you don’t and it’s NECESSARY to show her face while talking, look for a new background with a matching bg that has what you’re looking for.

There is also a type of trick you can use if this is a more than 1 zone background. Which zone are the people sitting in?
Its a a two zone backgrpund
And they are sitting at zone 2
Hmm, in this case if it were 3 zone it would work better but maybe you can still do it this way. Idk what zone 1 looks like and what’s in it but you could use zone 1 as a way to make it look like a different angle.
Again depending on what is in this zone and what it looks like you might have to change around with the zoom and placement of the waitress but one way would be to have it only be on the waitress and just play around with the zooms.
Examples you could try:
&cut to zone 1
&zoom on 300 370 to 185% in 0
&WAITRESS spot 1.280 227 -2 in zone 1 at layer 45 AND WAITRESS faces left and WAITRESS is idle
NARR
Pause
OR
&cut to zone 1
&zoom reset
&WAITRESS spot 2.161 176 -409 in zone 1 at layer 45 AND WAITRESS faces left
NARR
Or at this zoom
@zoom on 269 568 to 137% in 0
NARR
Or at this zoom
@zoom on 217 539 to 192% in 0
NARR
Pause
If you wanted it to look sort of like you’re looking over the shoulder of those 2 characters then you could do something like:
also, put the table overlay in between the characters
&cut to zone 1
&zoom on 300 370 to 185% in 0
&WAITRESS spot 1.280 227 -2 in zone 1 at layer 45 AND WAITRESS faces left and WAITRESS is idle
&MALE spot 2.307 34 -607 in zone 2 at layer 50 and MALE faces right and MALE starts idle_rear
&FEMALE spot 2.307 101 -603 in zone 1 at layer 49 and FEMALE faces left and FEMALE starts idle_rear
NARR
Put the table overlay in between the characters and the waitress.
OR
&cut to zone 1
&zoom reset
&WAITRESS spot 2.161 176 -409 in zone 1 at layer 45 AND WAITRESS faces left
&FEMALE spot 3.420 -21 -1271 in zone 11 at layer 49 AND FEMALE faces left AND FEMALE starts idle_rear
&MALE spot 3.420 15 -1285 in zone 2 at layer 50 AND MALE faces right AND MALE starts idle_rear
NARR
Put the table overlay in between
and then when you cut back to zone 2, you’ll just have to put the characters back in their original spots. This is just the concept of how to make it seem like a different angle of the café.
I’d either use another zone for that person’s background or sometimes I’ll just make my own by selecting the same wall colour so I just make it a plain matching wall colour and zoom closer to the character so the reader won’t pay too much attention to it.
Wow
Lol sorry that was probably very overwhelming lol basically you just use a different zone of the background than the one they’re standing rear in, to show their face. That’s also how a lot of over the shoulder camera views are done if they don’t already have a background specifically to have all angles of a room.
I will just leave it as it is
