Help on splitting a screen

Can any wonderful person out there explain how to do a split screen in limelight and how to do a sliding screen to change scenes, pretty please with sugar, cherry and don’t forget the chocolate on top
I would like to do a scene with a double screen whilst having a phone conversation and I would also like to have a sliding screen for scene change but Can not work out how to do this.

I don’t know much about this but I think that you have to make an overlay with the background you want and add it on an other background or something like that :sweat_smile::sweat: sorry I’m not much of a help and i don’t know how to explain

Thank you the only problem is I don’t know know how to make over lays I normally download free one online but som have problems with sizing.
Thank you for your help I’ll look at see what overlays episodes has and try it out. :grin:

You can download an episode background and make it png with the help of a website or ibis paint x for example

Cool thank you. Can you do it on Mac? And how much is the program do you know as I’m using my boyfriends Mac as mine has broken lol.
He is just gonna love all the episode related stuff I’ve put on it

I use ibis paint x on my phone or iPad if you want I can even make your bg into an overlay

Thank you I’ve had some trouble downloading a background someone done for me as it wouldn’t download onto his Mac it kept going to the cloud or some type of confusion anyway I tried posting it on Facebook as private and downloading it that way but it said the the file wasn’t big enough even though the wonderful lady that made me one background had done it as a two panel? I really don’t know how to change the pixels of a picture.
What I am really going around the houses trying to say is that I would love your help to do overlay and background but o wouldn’t want you to think I was ungrateful if I have the same problem trying to upload.
I’m really not great with computers😞

Don’t worry just dm the bg and i’ll make them into overlays and the right size
