Help on spot directing please!

i dont know what am doing wrong but after panning to zone 2 characters are not on the screen

kid 2, kid 3, kid 4 and Carl just appear out of no where in the screen like ghosts!
i want to be able to pan and all the characters are already in the scene!
please some one help

Put all the spot directing before the pan so it’d be all your spot directing code then the panning code
