Can someone tell me how can I rotate an overlay without change its position? .

I can’t have my overlays in the same position. Like when I rotate them they change their position, I have used everything but I can’t fix it.
According to the link I provided:
Keep in mind that the overlay will rotate the entire PNG image of the overlay which includes the transparent background. If you want to make the overlay rotate from the center, then your overlay needs to be in the center of the PNG image.
When you upload your overlays, make sure the object is in the center. You can crop the image by making the object in the middle (the center) so that when you rotate an overlay, it will do so smoothly.
