Help pleaseeeeee (Lost Progress Info)

I lost all my progress on the Episode App! But I still have the same amount of diamonds and tickets. I even reinstalled it. When I click on the Restore from Gmail option… it shows it is already logged in in this device. PLEASE TELL ME AN ALTERNATIVE! :sweat: :sweat:

Hallo Sydney ik heb al mijn 1160 gems kwijten 160 passes en ik ben al vanaf maandag met help desk en al bezig three tickets ingediend en episodes verwijderd maar nog geen reactie graag vandaag geholpen
