Help?! Preview isn't working

So I’e decided to create my own story using ink but when I try to create characters or view animations I cant see it? It loads with a ‘generating preview’ message but then just goes blank

Ive tried reloading, using different browsers and really on the verge of giving up. :frowning: xx

Have you tried clearing your cache/cookies? Logging in and out of Episode?

If neither of those work, you should submit a support ticket :slightly_smiling_face:
