Help remove background from overlay

I can’t rn I’m afraid but I know if you look up a background remover website online (there should be tones), then just put the image in it should do it for you in seconds!

I can however whenever I send it here, it turns into a JPEG. The website you can use is remove.bg I always use that and its free
