Help with coding with effect dim 60 overlay

Hey guys

I’m using the EFFECT DIM 60 overlay and my character when it walks snaps out of the overlay…

What can I do to fix it?

Moving to the layers means something or someone can be in front or behind character or overlay. You’re absolutely right I should use layers instead!

I managed to solve it, for some reason while the character is at screen center it’s like in front of the dim effect overlay
