Help with Cover Art & Mature Themes and Strong Language

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone could explain to me how I can make a cover photo for my story as well as a “Mature Themes & Strong Language” message at the beginning of the story.

You can make a cover art using editing apps like, Picmonkey, photoshop, GIMP, and other editing apps or websites.

Picmonkey is a website, and the others are apps that you can use. For photoshop, requires money, but you can use it for a free trial. GIMP is for free.

Other people uses different editing apps.
