Help with cover art!

Hello! So I uploaded my cover art for my story but got this message (see pic 1). I don’t know why I got this when it is completely original art and no other show or movie has something like it. My small cover got approved but not my big one? If you have any idea why please let me know so I can fix it!

Based on their message, maybe it’s because you used the sims. But that doesn’t explain why they approved the small cover as it shows their faces more.

Yeah that’s why I’m confused cause the small one should of been rejected.
