You could try adding a few transactions in-between the scenes, fade in and fade out normally do the trick, even if its only for .5 of a second.
One point where I though it was very jumpy was in episode one. The main character is talking to her friend about when she got the call about the opportunity. The friend said “speaking of exploring other options” and then it jumped to her sitting in a waiting room (i think that’s what it was) Sorry for my terrible memory, I’m on the verge of passing out 
Love the story so far though! added it to my favourites… kinda wanting more episodes to binge
