Help With Layers?

Hello!!! So I wanted to set up a scene where it looked like a little girl was hanging on the shoulder of a teenager (using the hugging action) and I just can’t seem to get the layers right! It keeps saying it’s not a proper command. This is the line of text:
@ATLAR stands screen center in zone 1 at layer 1 AND ATLAR is cheer_loop
it just keeps saying it’s not valid. Fixes?

I believe this is also acceptable:
(I assume you are in zone 1:)
@ATLAR stands screen center AND ATLAR is cheer_loop
@ATLAR moves to layer 1
