Can someone help me, I want to have my mist overlay continue moving back and forth as my title overlays pop up.

you need to loop it.
&overlay MIST shifts to # # # in zone # in # THEN overlay MIST shifts to # # # in zone # in # loop infinite times
ust put there the shift comand for the 2 positions of your overlay and set the time how long it should move
