Help with OVERLAY (Urgent)

I am writing a story, I have an overlay, it hasn’t been approved yet but I can’t get it to work. Th wonky reason the error is there is because it hasn’t been approved
My code:

EXT. WEDDING CEREMONY - SUNSET with WHITE ROSE

also, add the zone number next to the overlay coding.

&overlay WHITE_ROSE create
&overlay WHITE_ROSE shifts to 137 500 in zone 2
&overlay WHITE_ROSE scales to 10.0 10.0 in zone 2
&overlay WHITE_ROSE opacity 1 in zone 2

or maybe in this case it will be best to write it like this:

EXT. WEDDING CEREMONY - SUNSET with WHITE ROSE to 10 137 500 in zone 2 at layer 3

You need to specify the zone you’re in, since you’re in zone 2.

@overlay WHITE_ROSE shifts to 137 500 in zone 2
