Help with split screen

Hey, I these background split like this screen : (zone 3)

Also, which zones of the bg’s need to be there in the split screen?

zone 3 of the bathroom and zone 2 of the dinning room

And in case you need overlays here they are

You can set up both of them on the screen perfectly by spotting them at 0 0 in zone 1 and scaling them 1.000 1.000
