I’m pretty sure this background was made by @FlowerGriefer . I don’t think you should ask someone to edit those because her rules state:
Rule #5: Don’t edit her backgrounds. Please don’t go against her rules, she doesn’t have to share her backgrounds with us but she does, the least we can do is follow them.
