I wanted to transfer my account from Android to another android device. I have been trying to transfer it but am unable to do so. I tried it by restoring using Gmail account and also by transfer to another device but am not able to. It does not transfer my progress nor my gems and passes. Kindly help me with the same
If you still have your old device get on your episode account there and at the bottom of the settings page there should be multiple restore account options (I have apple though so it could be different)

Try entering the User name & password of your account from your old device, if it doesn’t work then you have to file a ticket
