if you are Lebanese your middle name will almost always be your father’s name. if you have a foreign mother, usually european or american, you could have a second middle name that isn’t your father’s. i have a half-Ukrainian friend with both his father and a foreign middle name.
they could call her saf, safi, susu (highly likely), etc but there’s also other pet names not related to the names like habibti (my dear, feminine form) , baba/mama (the parents would call her one depending on whether it’s the father or the mother), etc
