Helppp plzz! Episode profile problemzzz

So I just created a new email specifically for episode related stuff. That way once I publish my story, I have have a separate instagram, stuff like that. Anyway switching my email for the forum worked perfectly. I created a new episode account and all my read stories transferred over on my phone. The only problem I’m having it when I log out of my old account on the writers portal, and I try to re log in with my new account, I don’t get a choice of email. It immediately logs me in under my old account. I’m not sure what to do, I figure if I could delete my old account then I should be able to log in under my new one, but I do not know how/ if I can do that.

unfortunately not but i’m sure you could search up episode ticket and it may show up

I think I found it but you have to put in your Support ID, but with my problem, I technically have 2, so I’m not sure from which account to fill this out from

Here’s where to submit a ticket

If you can’t get the Support ID you can put in 6 “?” Or “!”, Questions marks or exclamation points
