In some episode stories, I saw the tear overlay on both the eyes of a character and it looks so real

u can duplicate the overlay to go on the other side of the characters eyes, or someone can edit it to add the overlay along with the other tear overlay. So, there’s always other options to solutions. But @Hilo got u covered.
