Hey guys, I need help

So, my episode app wont work on the wifi I am on, it says ‘internet conection has timed out’,and this wifi I am on works perfectly and has Internet connection
But once I use another wifi or my data connection it works perfectly
I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading it, but it still doesn’t work
I really want to continue reading episode:disappointed_relieved:

Try submitting a ticket with Episode

also, try turning the wifi on and off. sometimes internet can be picky with what it wants to work with. My phone internet times out all the time, and I just have to turn the wifi off and on again.

My laptop does it sometimes, too, and same concept. If it doesn’t work still, then yea, probably submit a ticket.

What is the support ID

It should be found on your Episode account.
