you said they don’t appear? try using the & when a new scene starts i use &
for example:

INT. NEW YORK CITY - DAY
&CHARACTER spot 1.13 226 65 in zone 2
&OVERAY blah blah

Everything shows up at the same time if you use “&” when starting a new scene!
