Hi, I have a question about the point system, can anyone help me?

Hi! I want to ask how can I have different endings based on points. I want to have more than two endings. Can I write “if CHARACTER <4 >2”… ? (As an average ending?)

Hello there!
Yes, you can indeed have more than two endings, but… the code you have provided just isn’t a thing.
I don’t know what you were going for?

Here’s how the general coding for character points goes:

if (CHARACTER = 1) {
#ending one
} elif (CHARACTER > 1) {
#ending two
} elif (CHARACTER < 1) {
#ending three
} else {
#ending four
}

And here is what you would need, if my guessing is correct. It gives you an ending for a CHARACTER that has less than four points, but more than two, which of course could only be three points, so it doesn’t make much sense to me…

OPTION ONE:

if (CHARACTER = 3) {
#ending one
}
else
{
...
}

OPTION TWO:

if (CHARACTER < 4) {
goto checkif_lessfour
}
else {
goto skip_sequence
}

label checkif_lessfour
if (CHARACTER > 2) {
#average_ending
}
else {
goto skip_sequence
}

label skip_sequence
...

She’ll have an answer to all of your coding questions!

Oh thank you very much!

Yeah I now realize that it doesn’t make sense because the only option in between is having 3 points haha
It was only an example but i didn’t think it much, sorry!

But due to your answer I got the idea!

Thank you for your time and your very complete answer! :pray:
