I see now why I had an error as well, I spelled NIELS name wrong at his layer and I put the waitress at 200 vertically instead of 0 which is why she’s high up. Middle of the screen would be 160. Also, you don’t need @cut to zone 1. The default setting for the scene starts in zone 1.

If you want the waitress to face them, then change tinker_loop_rear to idle. If you want her to look like she’s making a drink, you may have to use tinker_kneel_loop and then adjust her vertical number to 100 or so.
