So right now I’m righting a hospital scene but i don’t know how to describe it.
So her twin brother is in a coma because of a mission went wrong
mind the MC wasn’t there at the time because she disappeared because of something that happened to her)
and hes been in a coma for almost a year
And i don’t know how i would describe it so i need your guys help!!!

does the mc know about it, even if she/he wasn’t there? 
Yeah she comes back and finds out!
you could maybe describe her going into the hospital, to the reception panicking and seeing him there in the hospital bed with all those tubes attached to him and she begins to break down and go to her knees (maybe creating a custom pose that shows her holding on to his bed) and depending on her relationship with the mc u can describe the rest.
you can also add an art scene with them together (if she/he is an LI)
